I just want to share a recipe for blueberry cheesecake without using MICROWAVE OVEN...It's a non bake cheesecake..For those who don't have any oven to bake, you don't need to worry..because you can still do your fav Cake or Cookies...Just Google a non bake recipes and there will be plenty of them pops out...
Actually I get these recipes from a blogger named Arni Yusnita...
Okay lets start....
What do we need :
A small pack of digestive biscuit to get a crunchy base...just ignore the pic, i couldn't find the small one..so I took half of it...
100g Butter
400g Blueberry Filling
240g Cream Cheese
1 Yogurt Dutch Lady (Natural or Blueberry flavour)
4 tspn of Lemon Juice
4 tspn Halal Gelatin
120g sugar
1/2 cup of water
p/s : we need to use a spring fold cake tin to make it easy to remove the cake when it's done..If you don't have one you can bought it from a bakery...and don't worry its not very expensive as I bought mine only with RM 18..
Here's the steps....
Base :
Crush the biscuit and put in together a melted butter..then transfer into the spring fold cake tin and let it freeze....
Topping :
Heat the blueberry filling with a 60g of sugar, lemon juice and water then let it cool...
Mixture :
1.Whisk a 60g of sugar with a cream cheese
2. Add the Yogurt
3. Add half from the topping mixture
4. Melt 2 tspn of Gelatin with 2 tbspn of hot water then add it to the mixture
5. Transfer the mixture in the spring fold cake tin and freeze it for about 2 hours or more...
Make sure the mixture are TOTALLY FREEZED before you do the Final step...
Final :
Melt 2 tspn of Gelatin with 2 tbspn of hot water and add into the remained topping...then pour on top of the cake and put it in the freezer...
You may serve when the cake is totally freezed..
